Ice cream truck catering
Book the ice cream truck
Tell us the occasion, the date and roughly how many people. We'll come back with a quote for your day — every booking is priced for the event, not off a menu board.
The coach works metro Detroit May through September and the Tampa area over the winter. Travel fees may apply outside the usual service area — ask when you send the date.

The more you can tell us — the venue, the guest count, how long you want the window open — the closer the first quote lands.

What people ask before booking
- How does booking the coach work?
- Send the occasion, the date, roughly how many guests and where the coach would stand. A quote comes back for your day — usually within one business day. Nothing is charged through this site; the date is held once the quote is accepted.
- How much does it cost?
- Every event is quoted rather than priced off a list. The occasion, the guest count, how long the serving window stays open and the travel all set the number, which is why the form asks for those four things.
- How far ahead should I send my date?
- As early as you have it. June Saturdays in Michigan and the December and February wedding dates in Florida are the first to go, and the coach takes one event at a time.
- What does the coach need on site?
- A pitch about the size of a car and trailer, and reasonable access to it. The coach carries its own power, so no generator, water or kitchen is needed at the venue.
- Can you come to my town?
- The regular run covers metro Detroit May through September and the Tampa area October through April. Dates outside those areas are quoted with the travel included — send it and ask.
- Do you cater dietary needs?
- The Italian ice is dairy-free, in six flavors, and the board lists what is in every tub so nut and gluten questions can be answered before the day.
